Efficiency as a mechanism of infrastructure readiness for transportation and commuting in general is of interest in East Africa. We want to lobby for investment in roads, in local dynamic so that we have organization that necessitates an engaged community. We recognize that its imperative to have the foundation precepts of government, its emphasis on the outlines of contributing to the fruition of the citizen in all respects, in all matters through investment and awareness.
